How It Works
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of receiving your review report
- This is your first refund request (one per customer)
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number or the email used for purchase
- Briefly let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
What's Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
- Requests made more than 7 days after receiving the report
- If you've already received a refund for a previous order
- If the app submitted was significantly different from what was described
- If test credentials provided were invalid and you didn't respond to our requests for correct credentials
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order before we start the review:
- Within 2 hours of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
- After review has started: Contact us to discuss options
