- Manual testing on physical iOS and Android devices
- Detailed PDF reports with findings and recommendations
- UX/UI analysis, bug identification, and improvement suggestions
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Pricing
Prices are displayed on our website and may change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be honored.
3.2 Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3.3 Delivery
Review reports are delivered via email within the timeframe specified for your selected package (typically 24-72 hours for standard packages).
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your review, contact us within 7 days of receiving your report at contact@realappreview.com for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your app
- Only submit apps you own or have authorization to submit
- Provide valid test credentials if required (we delete these after review)
- Not submit apps containing illegal content
- Not use our service for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your app and materials you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to access and test your app solely for the purpose of providing the review service.
6.2 Our Content
The review reports we deliver become your property upon payment. Our website content, branding, and methodology remain our intellectual property.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all submitted apps and information as confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose details about your app without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our reviews are opinions and recommendations based on our expertise. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as app store approval, increased downloads, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for any actions you take based on our recommendations
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Indemnification
